1. All gymnasts must re-register each term through our secure online system iClassPro to maintain their place within a class. Members can choose to do this by storing their card details for automatic re-enrolment or by manually processing payment on their account. 
  2. The correct class must be booked or the class will be refunded, we cannot guarantee a place will be available as all classes are on a first come basis. 
  3. Payments are to be made via iClass Pro –  cash, cheque or bank transfer cannot be accepted.
  4. Places cannot be held for gymnasts who do not re- register for the next term on time.
  5. We run a strict “no fees, no train” policy. Fees must be paid by the deadline outlined. If fees cannot be paid by the deadline we can arrange an alternative payment date but this must be arranged by email before the deadline and the amended fee deadline must be met. If fees are not paid by the deadline your child will be dropped from their class enrolment. We cannot guarantee that a place will still be available.
  6. The annual Gymnastics Ireland membership & insurance fee must be paid to join a class, this covers the period September – August each year. If this fee is not paid we cannot allow your child to participate in classes. The full fee must be paid no matter when your child joins us within the season (September to August). The fee must be renewed each September thereafter.
  7. All groups working in our invite only programs (except GymSTART Program) train 4 terms per year which includes the summer (as explained in invite email), all terms must be paid for in full. Summer training is compulsory. 
  8. In the case of payment that has not been paid by the deadline or an alternate agreed deadline, a late fee of €5 will be charged for additional administrative work.  
  9. An administration fee of €5 will be charged for any date/ day /gymnast changes to camps/workshops/classes booked for additional administrative work. This must be paid before attending. 


  1. Due to our strict coach to gymnast ratio, It is not possible to “make up” for missed classes or be refunded. This includes for holidays, traffic congestion etc. 
  2. A medical note from a Doctor/Hospital/Chartered Physiotherapist must be provided by email in order to receive credit for classes missed due to injury/illness, this must include the start and end date of the classes being missed by the gymnast. Refunds will not be given. Credit can only be given from the time we are notified via email. 
  3. In the event of closure in exceptional circumstances that is beyond management control i.e adverse weather conditions, Government mandated closures etc refunds will not be processed, instead credit will be given. 
  4. If not wishing to continue in class and in order to receive a refund for the remaining term dates we must be notified by email by week 3, no refunds can be given past week 3.
  5. In no case can the Gymnastics Ireland fee be refunded.
  6. Camp fees cannot be refunded unless 7 days notice has been given by email. If contacted after this credit can only be given. 
  7. We are not in a position to freeze fees unless we are forced to close due to a Government mandated closure due to any unprecedented events e.g. similar to Covid-19 pandemic. Credit will be applied to your ICP account for any classes missed. No refunds will be processed.


Families must:

  1. Abide by clear parking instructions outlined in the information sent to you upon enrolment for camp/class/workshop
  2. Drop and go. Parents are not permitted to enter the gym at any stage, unless invited by a staff member. 
  3. Pick gymnasts up on time from camp/class/workshop. In the event of regular late pick ups a late collection fee will be added to your account  €5 for the first 10 mins and €10 per every 10 mins that follow.
  4. Never leave gymnasts unattended outside on drop off. 
  5. Ensure gymnasts wear appropriate attire and remove all jewellery/fitness trackers (stud earrings ok)
  6. Ensure gymnasts hair is tied up before coming to class
  7. Show respect and courtesy towards the staff. Abuse of any type or form will not be tolerated. Verbal, emotional or physical abuse of staff will result in a members immediate expulsion from KGA.
  8. Disclose important medical information for the purposes of delivery of their safe participation in gymnastics and administering medical assistance if required e.g. allergies, conditions, medication which may impact on their health, welfare or behaviour while participating in our activities (for example – epilepsy, asthma, special dietary requirements, ASD diagnosis or suspected diagnosis etc.)
  9. Not send any gymnasts with acute medical illness to class. 
  10. Let a coach/admin know of a current injury (received from outside gymnastics) prior to attending class. 
  11. Ensure your gymnast knows that any injuries sustained in class must be reported to their coach at the time of happening.
  12. Ensure gymnasts of all ages understand that all equipment must be treated with respect and not purposely damaged in any way.
  13. Inform the Club via email if a gymnast is allowed to walk home from class without a parent.
  14. Talk to their gymnast about bullying. Bullying of any kind (including online) is not tolerated and will be dealt with, possibly resulting in cancellation of membership.
